About the Licensing Unit
The Liberia Revenue Authority licenses customs brokers and tax practitioners, maintains the public register of licence holders, and investigates complaints of professional misconduct.
Every application moves through a documented workflow: submission, reviewer assessment, approver decision, licence issuance and identification card production. Each step is recorded in an immutable audit trail.
Complaints are triaged by reviewers, escalated to an investigation committee where warranted, and closed with a formal decision and any sanction applied.
